All properties within our portfolio are managed as if we ourselves were the Tenant. This largely originates from our family history of manufacturing and occupying warehouses ourselves. The Eisenberg Group is proud to be a hands-on owner and manager, as we believe that this allows us to retain and add additional value to our properties throughout the lifecycle of our properties. We have many Tenants who have been with us for decades and have expanded into larger spaces within our portfolio of properties as their needs require.
