Investment & Leasing Strategy
Our main focus is to acquire commercial and specifically industrial real estate properties on the east coast from New York to South Florida and in the southwest United States.
We look at potential acquisitions through many facets but target specific criteria including:

Opportunity: Uninhibited by institutional bureaucracy, we can act quickly when an acquisition opportunity presents itself. We feel that we have an advantage in our ability to target projects that may be overlooked by other investor groups due to size, lease terms, or other complexities.
We look at multiple property types, specifically:- Single & Multi-Tenant Industrial
- Light Industrial
- Distribution
- Manufacturing
- Vacant & Value-Add opportunities
- Value: We look to acquire properties where we see value along with value-add qualities in economically robust areas, primary, and secondary markets where we see present and future growth, and properties that have problems that require solutions. We utilize our abilities to increase values by taking a hands-on approach to ownership and property management, which is all done in house.
- Relationships: We believe in valuable and long-lasting relationships with all partners that we work with, including lenders, sales and leasing brokers, and tenants.
